Do you only work with one vendor?
No. We’re deliberately multi-vendor — F5, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, Kaspersky, Ivanti, A10, Tenable, Trellix and more. We go deep on the platforms that run enterprise and telecom networks rather than reselling a single brand.
Is Securipist required to use your services?
No. You can take managed support without the platform. Securipist makes operations faster and lowers manual toil, so most clients add it — but it’s optional.
How does an assessment work?
We review your environment, surface the real risks and misconfigurations, and return a prioritized remediation plan. It’s low-commitment and designed to show value before any long-term engagement.
Do you charge hourly for support?
No. Support runs on defined SLAs and recurring contracts, not open-ended hourly billing — so costs are predictable.
